Your progress projects future strength at six and twelve months. Muscle load tracking helps prevent injuries, manage fatigue, and guide deload cycles visually. The system can automatically shift between strength gains and muscle growth to maximize results.

Food logging, finally easy

Log food by simply talking to the assistant as you would to a person. Say things like 150 grams of white rice or homemade waffle with one banana, one egg, and one scoop of protein powder. It understands real meals and portions. It is also time aware, so you can say my breakfast from yesterday and it logs it correctly.

Heart rate is continuously monitored. Smart timers guide rest automatically. During cardio, visual cues indicate when to speed up or slow down, reinforced with haptic feedback to keep attention high and performance optimized.
